Return Policy for New and Used Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of new or used items from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
New Item Return Policy
If you purchased a new item from our store and would like to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. You may be asked to provide photos of the item to help us process your return request.
All new returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for either new or used item returns. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be advised that on used items where any minor damage or defect has been highlighted in the item's listing, returns will not be honored for previously disclosed defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges do not apply to used or one-of-a-kind items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING
Smaller Items
For smaller items all shipping will be calculated using Fedex, UPS, and USPS shipping to provide you with the best available rate. We are working to have these calculators available to you upon checkout.
Pickup and Local Delivery
Local delivery is typically $50-150 depending on distance and packaging needs. Please contact us directly if you'd like to discuss a quote for local delivery. Setup and installation can be addressed as well.
Free local pickup is always available. Our shop products range in locations between Livonia and St. Clair Shores. Please contact us before purchase if you'd like to weigh your options or view your interest in person.
For items outside of our 20 mile radius local range we ask that you please contact us to discuss shipping options and to provide us with details for gathering quotes. Arranging affordable shipping of large furniture items can be quite a process and can sometimes take up to 3 days for us to receive back all of our quotes. Midwest Century does not profit on white-glove shipping arrangements and is always working to provide you with the most affordable quality shipping services we can offer.
